Jul, and any other Mac user, could you test the lattest CVS version of
mldonkey: the ed2k_hash program is now able to compute tiger-trees
("make ed2k_hash" to build it).

I could compute this result on a Mac and on an x86 without changing
the code. I also improved the error message saying that TigerTree
cannot be computed.
