Follow-up Comment #4, task #4397 (project mldonkey):
@Spiral, you have wrote a patch for 16 releases.But is this issue currently
solved in 2.7.x releases?
With old 16 and knoker's releases I have always good results by setting
good_queue_rank over 5000.
Perhaps you can rise the default value or to introduce the suggested
automatic tuning per file....
By looking into emule's panels , being queued 6000 is quite a normal
situation :-)
