[Mldonkey-users] clients that share a file but have no chunks of it

Hi,

from time to time I see that some clients do share a file but when
queried for the actual chunks they have none of them.

Does that happen if one has only parts of a chunk? Does the client
already think it shares the file?

Or is that a scam of some client to get others that actually have that
file connect and share chunks?
