[Mldonkey-users] bug in upload slot allocation?

Hi,

with current 2.4.4 I have a problem with the upload slot allocation.
I have 3 slots for normal use (max_upload_slots) and 7 assigned for upload 
prioritized directories.
Makes a maximum of 10 possible connections.

Currently I have 34 (!) upload slots spawned (and counting): 4 for 
prioritized upload files, rest for normal files I currently download.
So the max 3 connections limitation doesn't work! :(

Dynamic slots is false (dunno what this does anyway).
