you might want to check the upcoming G2submit, which will be a part of
the next G2gui release. It is currently heavily based on "mozex" and
especially useful for linux users.

It is a mozilla XPI plugin and can send the link of .torrent files to a
program like mldonkeysubmit or G2gui.
Its still in early stages but it should work.
