By the way, just a question:
why is the protocol name for secure shell "ssh", not "secsh" ? ssh is the name 
of an
application, not the name of a protocol. Furthermore, the fact that "ssh" is a 
reserved
keyword prevents users from using "ssh" as an application name.

In my /etc/services is "ssh" the name of the service:

...
ssh             22/tcp                          # SSH Remote Login Protocol
ssh             22/udp                          # SSH Remote Login Protocol
...

=> i think it is adequate name for it
