Which Monit version it is?

Please can you run Monit in debug mode and send output and send the logfile?:

0.) make sure you have "set logfile" statement in your monit configuration file
1.) stop monit
2.) start monit in debug mode and collect output: monit -v
3.) when the problem will occur, send the logfile
