ChangeLog: 

* renamed the "Bring all windows to front" thing to "Raise all windows"
* instead of printing out a lazy warning that cascading is not supported
on multi-monitor screens, check on which screen the previous window is
placed and use _this_ geometry as the starting point for our calculation
- lets see if this really works out nice on multi-monitor systems!
