ChangeLog: 

* bugfix: the reference to argc has to be valid over the entire application
lifespan, since Qt internally fiddles around with argv (i.e. removes
global options/arguments and only presents the rest to arguments()) - this
fixes the bug on X11 that databases and workspaces could not be loaded
from command line
