Add automate inventory options --no-ignored --no-unknown --no-unchanged; don't 
recurse into ignored directories.

* NEWS: Mention new options.

* automate.cc (inventory_itemizer::visit_dir): Don't recurse into ignored
  directories.
  (inventory_print_states): Output `ignored', `unknown', `unchanged' for
  filtering.
  (CMD_AUTOMATE inventory): Implement new options.
