Whoops.  Let this be a lesson to you: never make comments in passing,
around a procrastinating grad student.

It looks like we're actually doing pretty well, overall, especially
since do to a quirk in our test suite our tests of the netsync server
don't show up in those results; fixing that should give us another
~5%.  Another big win would be tearing out the manifest and file cert
stuff, which is unused _and_ untested.  Also points out things to
improve -- we really should be testing the schema migration code, for
example...

C'mon, y'all really want to see those little lines go up, right?
