It was a forgotten file (I only fixed the not yet added (=missing) file
in the Makefile). I imported 3.1.6:
b54c4310dd71bd4f20aafd1b0633c3842db6021b (only in sqlite3 branch, yet)
with a Changelog but did not test it yet (I'm heading for a trip to
Paris tomorrow and my 300MHz powerpc is not fast at compiling monotone)
