[Monotone-devel] Fatal error during cvs_import

I got the error below when trying to do a cvs_import, I just simply  
followed the steps here,  
http://www.venge.net/monotone/docs/Importing-from-CVS.html#Importing- 
from-CVS replacing the example names with personalized ones.

The error
