[Monotone-devel] Change to the default rc file location

Hello,

If you're running monotone from the head of the main branch, please be
aware that the default location of the rc file has been changed in the
last few minutes.

The previous location was:      $HOME/.monotonerc
The new location is:            $HOME/.monotone/monotonerc

monotone will not move the rc file to the new location, so you will need
to create $HOME/.monotone and move $HOME/.monotonerc to
$HOME/.monotone/monotonerc after picking up this change.

The change has been made to prepare for support of out-of-database keys,
which will allow users to store their keypairs in $HOME/.monotone/keys/,
and will hopefully make key management with monotone slightier easier.
