Hmm, the link to the dpkg is incorrect, it should be
downloads/monotone_0.20-0.1_i386.deb instead of
downloads/monotone_0.20-1_i386.deb .

I wonder why the release number is 0.1 instead of 1.  Is there a
reason, or is this a typo, or something I haven't understood about
Debian release numbers?
