The .netsync-0.20 branch is done with; it has been merged into
mainline.  Further development should be on net.venge.monotone.

Now that the server has been upgraded to 0.20, make sure that you're
pulling "net.venge.monotone*", rather than just "net.venge.monotone"
(unless you _want_ to only pull the main branch).
