[Monotone-devel] Bug in annotate, renamed files?

In one project containing 3 files the command

monotone annotate file

files on 2 of the 3 files.  Both files that fail have been
renamed in the past, but I am not sure that is the reason.
Also both files give a different error.  
I tried this with version 0.20 and version 0.23 and both failed.

The following description comes from version 0.23, the prebuild
mac os x binary.  Full version information is at the end of this mail.

File one:  e-monotone.el
