Yes, it's perfectly ok.
What happened is that nvm.annotate was propagated to nvm, and then later
nvm was propagated back to nvm.annotate. But since the head of
nvm.annotate was an ancestor of the head of nvm (because of the previous
propagate), all that this did is add another branch cert to the head of
nvm, saing that it was also in nvm.annotate. Your revision just happened
to be the head of nvm at this time, so it got an extra branch cert.
