There are some probably smallish things, like monotone-agent, finish
off merge-in-working-dir, "monotone patch".  Probably those are a bit
small/routine.

Maybe something related to the proposed management-branch stuff?  I've
no idea whether there's anything suitable for a summer's worth of
work.

I imagine there is, but it seems to me that we'd only know by having a
design for the whole thing (then it would be reasonably
straightforward to do, say, branch renaming and similar things).

Partial history support would be a really cool feature.  (Again, I've
no idea whether that's of a suitable size.)

Maybe look again at vlogs and things, to see if it's worthwhile
changing database format?  

Maybe the dumb server stuff---I'm not sure what might be useful?

Eclipse/netbeans/Emacs support (improving emacs support).  Adding
support in Trac, or creating something similar.
