Hello,

one of our developers created a new key with his email address after reinstalling monotone. After the checkin with that new key failed he restored his old key (with the same email address) and everything worked fine again. But somehow we now have certs with bad signatures in the database:

address@hidden d3d]$ monotone --db=/var/monotone/game-engine.db db check
monotone: files
monotone: 446
monotone: manifests
monotone: 129
monotone: revisions
monotone: 129
monotone: ancestry
monotone: 149
monotone: revisions
monotone: 1
monotone: verifying new revisions (this may take a while)
monotone: revisions
monotone: 129
monotone: keys
monotone: 4
monotone: certs
monotone: 524
monotone: revision 65e0ed8783197348f16b0fa8baf839153e06bb95 bad signature in changelog cert from key address@hidden monotone: revision 65e0ed8783197348f16b0fa8baf839153e06bb95 bad signature in author cert from key address@hidden monotone: revision 65e0ed8783197348f16b0fa8baf839153e06bb95 bad signature in branch cert from key address@hidden monotone: revision 65e0ed8783197348f16b0fa8baf839153e06bb95 bad signature in date cert from key address@hidden
monotone: warning: 4 bad signatures
monotone: check complete: 446 files; 129 manifests; 129 revisions; 4 keys; 524 certs
monotone: total problems detected: 4 (4 serious)
monotone: error: serious problems detected
address@hidden d3d]$

Is there some way for me to get rid of these certificates or (even better) to sign them with my key or have him sign them with his good key?

Thanks,

  Matthias
