Ah, there's the problem... unfortunately, netxx's error reporting is not
brilliant.

I've commited a fix for the error reporting in
0f1782f7e2348f991a0b8eeac03c45a72c8633a2 which should make it easier to find
out what the problem is. There's a prebuilt Win32 binary available at
http://warzone.yi.org/~kinetik/files/mtn.exe.bz2 if you'd like to give it a
shot.

here is my output:

D:\mtn_db>mtn --db=monotone.db pull venge.net net.venge.monotone
mtn: doing anonymous pull; use -kKEYNAME if you need authentication
mtn: connecting to venge.net
mtn: fatal: std::runtime_error: network error: select(2): Ein ungĀ³ltiges Argument wurde angegeben.
mtn: (10022)

mtn: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone.
mtn: please send this error message, the output of 'mtn --full-version',
mtn: and a description of what you were doing to address@hidden
mtn: discarding debug log, because I have nowhere to write it
mtn: (maybe you want --debug or --dump?)

The fatal means translatet: illegal argument transmittet.

I hope it helps.

BTW: In a VM-Ware on my Laptop with Win2000 everything works fein.

Cheers,

Ingo
