Date certs are created by commit/merge/propagate/explicit_merge. It's
easy enough to get a rev with two date certs, by just running two
different commands that both result in the same rev... (which is also
how you managed to get two branch certs, I assume?) I'm not sure how
you managed it without creating two different changelog certs, though.
Anyway, it doesn't do any harm.
