[Monotone-devel] new lua testsuite landed

Now that 0.27 is out, I just merged Tim's new testsuite stuff to
mainline.  Ding-dong autotest is dead, and all that.

Hopefully this won't be too disruptive, just a heads-up.

'make check' still works as before; new tests are written in a
different way than before.  I don't know if tests/README has been
updated or anything yet; we'll learn about the new stuff together :-).
