That's, umm... not so good, and likely indicates a bug of some sort
on our part.  You might want to run a 'db check', just in case it's
some sort of odd side-effect of disk corruption, but I'm not too
hopeful of that.

If you re-run the pull, does the error happen again?  If so, we would
very much like a copy of the database to investigate more fully.  If
not, debugging will be tricky, though I suppose someone else will hit
it sooner or later, and I can't see any way this could lead to any
sort of data loss.
