It looks like linux.conf.au is accepting talk proposals until the
15th:
  http://lca2007.linux.org.au/cfp
The conference this year is January 15-20, in Sydney.

Anyone interested in submitting a talk proposal? It'd be cool to have
more exposure of monotone at events like this, and I know there are
Aussies on this list... ;-)

(I and others have given talks on monotone before, and if this sounds
like it might be cool but you're not sure about what one would
actually say, then I'm sure we could brainstorm/provide old
slides/etc.)

When the flush of a new-born sun fell first on Eden's green and gold,
Our father Adam sat under the Tree and scratched with a stick in the mould;
And the first rude sketch that the world had seen was joy to his mighty heart,
Till the Devil whispered behind the leaves, "It's pretty, but is it Art?"
