Well I don't think CVS has the concept of "attached", at least not
branch-wide but only file-wide, so it doesn't help; but  in this case
it was meant as a limitation (and "desired feature") of "mtn
cvs_import" command: the ability to infer which revision is a branch
split from and but it as a parent of the first branch revision.

I'll try to make it a bit clearer on the wikitest.
