I disapproved this one as well, for the same reason :-).

Hmm, wouldn't it be a good thing if the disapprove command had a
possibility to add a message as well, so the disapproval could be
explained?  The user message could then be added to the
"disapprove..." line.  It beats having to send these emails to explain
my disapprovals.  Would anyone mind if I implemented such a change?
