[Monotone-devel] "mtn cat" text/binary impedence mismatch

If I check in a text file on Windows, then use "mtn cat" to stream it to the console, all the \r\n line endings get converted into \r\r\n.  Maybe it could not do that?  Preferably with _setmode() wizardry, so it worked for binary files too, though stripping the \rs from the stream would get it to limp along for text files.
