The problematic filename is 'upload/3447/Besökskort.pdf', and the question is, 
why mtn chokes on this. Monotone doesn't have problems with umlauts and other 
non-ascii characters in file names per se. However, it has to know the charset 
in which those file names are encoded, in your case cp1252.

As your locale seems to be set properly, there could be something wrong with 
the libiconv dll.

Btw, did you try the monotone 0.32 binary available from venge.net for a short 
time?
