[Monotone-devel] crash in mtn list unknown

When running mtn list unknown on a branch in a database migrated as
per the instructions from 0.31 to 0.32 this happens:

~/controlled/msc/sdm/report$ mtn list unknown
mtn: fatal: std::logic_error: paths.cc:308: invariant
'I(is_valid_internal(data()))' violated
mtn: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone.
mtn: please send this error message, the output of 'mtn --full-version',
mtn: and a description of what you were doing to (email address).
mtn: wrote debugging log to /home/geoff/controlled/msc/sdm/_MTN/debug
mtn: if reporting a bug, please include this file

I've included the requested stuff below + attached.

On investigating further: please see the attached recursive ls. Running
mtn list unknown in ~/controlled/msc/sdm/report/ gives the crash. Running
it in ~/controlled/msc/sdm doesn't:
