[Monotone-devel] Error running `mtn list ignored` in monotone 0.32 on windows XP

I've encountered the following issue when running `mtn list ignored`
in my workspace.
I'm using the "official" win32 0.32 binary downloaded from venge.net
and it is running in a cygwin bash shell (if that makes any
difference).

I have recently run the same command successfully, but the ignored
files may have changed since then.

I've attached the debug file from _MTN/debug, please let me know if
there is anything else I can provide.  I don't receive mail from the
list, so please email me directly.
