Hi there!

After using monotone for a couple of months here's my small contribution:  
Monotree 0.1 is a viewer for monotone (or better for monotone's database).  
It's based on Microsoft's .NET Framework 2.0 and is only available for  
Windows.

Monotree is a kind of Monotone-viz without the dependencies on Graphviz  
and GTK+. It comes with the usual setup wizard on Windows and might be a  
bit easier to use for non-developers. Non-developers are actually the main  
audience: Monotree does not try to be a front-end for developers but  
rather a reporting tool for managers. While developers use monotone on a  
daily basis it might be a bit too complicated for managers overseeing the  
development process. With Monotree they have a simple Windows application  
at hand which can load monotone's database directly and tries to make the  
development process more transparent. While they still need monotone's  
database it's not necessary to have monotone installed.
