[Monotone-devel] Suspend certs...

Hi all,

  As I threatened a while ago :), I've just merged the suspend-certs  
branch into trunk.  I've also used the my first real suspend cert, in  
the suspend-certs branch to close off a micro-branch that I didn't like.

  Oh, and I've committed some new standard lua hook stuff.  It helps  
with the ikiwiki implementation, which now pretty much works.  It has  
thing remaining that I don't like, which is that if you get a  
conflict while editing on the web, then my ikiwiki patch will commit  
the conflict marked text to the repository and then give you the  
chance to fix it.  This is because ikiwiki's UI doesn't match  
monotone's very well.  See http://ikiwiki.info/bugs/
