[Monotone-devel] [Patch] Add a '--by' option to 'mtn log'

Hi. I think a '--by' flag to 'mtn log' to display commits by only the
specified author(s) will be a useful feature. I often find myself
looking for a bug-fix/feature someone committed, but can't remember
any more specifics.

I have attached a patch to add this feature. It seems to be working OK
for me.
