There are two problems:
- As it seems to me, we are not calling lua hooks in case file 
attributes should be cleared on update.
- We don't have lua code (that could be called from such a hook) to 
clear the execute permission bit, we only have code to set it.

The second problem is easy to solve, and in fact I have already code for 
that, but currently I don't have time to look at the first issue, will 
come back to that after christmas.

For now, I've added an xfailing test.
