Hi!

I've added a small test case for the above bug fix in
0dabd098cec325d7eae9f3e1ed9b7f707c154fa3 and realized that the bug has
not completly been fixed yet - because renames like `mtn mv dir
dir/subdir` are still crashing.

Richard, if you have some spare time, could you please look into this again?
