Hi!

Please read over net.venge.monotone.deprecate_weird_branch_names and let
me know if I forgot something or fucked up with the spelling :)

I decided to deprecate some more characters which we currently use in
globs - I think this should be ok.

In short, these characters become invalid everywhere: ?,*%+{}[]!^
Additionally, '-' is invalid as first character in branch names.
