All keys in the old file have been moved to the new file - but the path
changed slightly. You no longer need to prefix the upload with
"downloads/", because thats already the HOME of mtn-uploads, so please try

  scp monotone-0.48.1-setup.exe address@hidden:0.48.1

and if that does not work out, send your public key to me and I'll add it.
