We state "Takedown requests will be reviewed by the myExperiment Management 
Committee". In practice a clear case will simply be confirmed by a member of 
the committee and we proceed with takedown. If there is a more complicated case 
we refer to the committee, which is define in myExperiment legal documentation. 
 This process is based on best practice in repositories and was put in place 
under legal advice.  Note that the JANET Acceptable Use policy also applies.

Currently in the BioCatalogue, if we come across such thing, we remove  
it and send the author the reason for withdrawal.
I wonder what myExperiment takedown process is.
