Hi Julien,
You should be able to update the workflow now. The problem was caused by the workflow not having a title set in Taverna and that
myExperiment had given the wrong priorities to incoming title metadata when uploading new versions of a workflow.
In the case of your workflow, myExperiment will now detect that the new upload has no title and it will reuse the existing title.
We’re looking into the Galaxy issue now…
Don.

Subject: Re: [Myexperiment-discuss] problem to update a workflow
Hello,
I still can
not
update my
workflow. Am I the only person having this problem?
Have you found something during your investigation?
I also use the plugin "taverna to galaxy tool". Recently, I received an error message (We're sorry, but something went wrong) before downloading .ru and .xml files.
Thank you,
Julien

Hi Julien,
Thanks for reporting this. I’ll investigate it now.
Don.
Hello,
I have a problem to update a workflow named : Oryza Sativa QTLs and genes retrieval from TropGene, Gramene and Ensembl
I try to "upload new version" but I have a problem with main metadata.
When I try to infer metadata I have this message :
we are sorry but something went wrong
And when I enter custom metadata I have this message :
There were problems with the following fields:
even if my title is not blank.
