If it's not a big hassle, having a quick 1.1.8pre1 release so quick
translators have the oportunity to fix the --help mess for 1.1.8-final
would be nice. Otherwise, translations will be pretty useless in 1.1.8.
Only if it's not a big hassle. We've had two 1.1.x releases with broken
i18n anyway :)
