Hello. I am very very grateful to you: your patch works great, and does exactly
what I would like.
I compiled nano starting from git://git.savannah.gnu.org/nano.git, at commit
9eeb1c8fb89f9b6141e22940949f9cec7e96e13c
and applying your patch. It works great.
I used the following build procedure (after "./autogen.sh"):
./configure --prefix=/usr \
  --sysconfdir=/etc \
  --enable-color \
  --enable-nanorc \
  --enable-multibuffer \
  --disable-wrapping-as-root
make

I took params from archlinux nano package PKGBUILD file.

Thank you very very much.
I will be always available for testing anyway.
And... yeah, those EEE PCs are very very resistant, and I don't threat them
well...
But they work with no problems, very well. The problem is - it seems 32-bit is
starting to become less popular thesedays :) ...
I used this same computer to compile nano. :)

Enrico
