        * Makefile, Makefile-defs: minor restructuring; don't optimize (by
        defaut on cygwin (not that I care)).
        * client/InteractiveClient.cc: new client command delete-world-dump
        * common/smartMacros.h: added new macros 
BEGIN_AUTOMATIC_INITIALIZER
        and END_AUTOMATIC_INITIALIZER to replace the anonymous namespace hack.  
        * common/Lights.cc: converted to use the new macros
        BEGIN_AUTOMATIC_INITIALIZER and END_AUTOMATIC_INITIALIZER.
        * common/Version.cc: bumped release number.
        * server/WorldServer.cc: minor fix.
        * default-client-settings.xml: added a (not active) binding for the
        Logos world.
