[Nel] English Forums for Nel and Ryzom

I'm not a huge fan of mailing lists, and I also couldn't find any English 
forums for Ryzom, so I've setup a couple of forums at:

http://forums.stodge.net

If they become popular, I'll expand them and add more forums accordingly.
