You shouldn't change postproc unless you really mean it. It indicates
a program with an MH-specific interface, i.e. "post", that "send" uses
to do the majority of the message processing *prior* to actual sending.

This is probably a result of "send" using an argument that "post" would
have understood, though I can't guess what argument exactly.
