I'd prefer to wait for the release after 1.7.  I use mhn to get
different behaviour from mhshow without a separate profile.  I
could adapt to the loss, of course, but others might be still
using it, too.  I think it should be removed at the beginning of
a cycle, with proper notification in NEWS.
