Follow-up Comment #1, bug #32169 (project octave):
Definitely a mistake. Currently 14.1.4 at the end of
14.1 Basic Input and Output.
Candidate locations are:
17.5 Utility Functions
or
17.6 Special Functions
Matlab classifies rat and rats in "Specialized Math
Functions"
Also, the "See also" for rats needs correction.
After a decision on where to move rat and rats, and
some basic hints about how to do it, I could do the move.
A slight complication is that rat is a script in scripts/
general and rats is builtin.
It would be good to get this done before 3.4 release.
