Follow-up Comment #48, bug #31468 (project octave):


Yup, that's true. gl2psTextOpt() doesn't handle newlines at all in the text
string. I'm working on an experimental patch for the gl2ps rendering to use
the pixels array as rendered with ft_render (mentioned in comment #28). Right
now it renders the pixels array, but the xlabel position is offset too high.
