Follow-up Comment #2, bug #34632 (project octave):
There is a problem here. Windows users don't have an easy way to run the 3.4.3
release because there is no binary readily available. I think we really need
to pool our resources to make a Windows binary release, because telling users
to upgrade to a newer release that they can't access only causes frutration.
