Follow-up Comment #1, bug #35292 (project octave):

this also crashes on octave  3.5.92   and Ubuntu 10.04


octave:10> g1 = tf([200],conv([1 1],[1 4]))

Transfer function 'g1' from input 'u1' to output ...

           200     
 y1:  -------------
      s^2 + 5 s + 4

Continuous-time model.
octave:11> bode(g1)
octave:12> terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
  what():  std::bad_alloc
panic: Aborted -- stopping myself...
